Single clean overview (no duplicate blocks). Temperatures and descriptions reflect how the studio presents offerings today.

Hot classes

  • HOT 26 — ~107°F Structured series, one pose at a time — approachable for beginners.
  • HOT POWER / SCULPT — ~95°F Vinyasa-style flow; sculpt adds weights for a fitness-forward practice.
  • HOT PILATES & HOT HIIT — ~90–95°F Core strength and interval training in the heat.

Cool (unheated)

  • Yin yoga Slow holds and calm breath to reset the nervous system.
  • Rolling / recovery Release tension and support recovery — great paired with hot training.

Hydrate well — electrolytes matter for hot practice.
